The short answer
Start with Free, then check every requirement. Startup ($17/month) covers up to 5,000 contacts, 10 funnels and 5 courses; Webinar ($47/month) raises these to 10,000, 50 and 20 and adds 10 automated webinars. Unlimited is $97/month. Rules, workflows, students, domains and integrations still need direct review.
Compare the current pricing snapshot and limits →Start with four capacity questions
Count the contacts, funnels and courses you need to keep, then decide whether automated webinars are essential. The calculator selects the lowest-priced standard tier that passes these checks. It does not use commission amounts to rank plans, and it does not push the most expensive tier when a smaller one fits.
Review what the short form leaves out
Check automation rules, workflows, domains, funnel steps, course student capacity and any required integrations. Ask the provider to confirm unusual use cases before committing. The plan comparison table can change, and a short FAQ may summarize limits differently from the detailed table. Our recorded values follow the detailed plan table checked on the date shown in the methodology.
Confirm the operational handoff
If you already run a business on another platform, discuss migration scope directly with the provider. Share credentials or customer exports only through its approved process, never through this site. Test your full customer journey and confirm access, messages and payments before cancelling the original setup. Treat a paid annual plan as a financial commitment rather than an extended free trial.
Your decision checklist
- Run your current and next planned capacity
- Verify advanced features in the detailed table
- Test the product before an annual commitment
